xcopy try 2

Try2 - Changes at request of Detlef:
- Changed to unicode (now links with msvcrt)
- Removed URL in comments
- Now its able to use msvcrt's splitpath so remove copy

Note: Removing the copy, or even the subdirectory recursion will only remove
a small number of lines, so I have left those in.

Please feedback if this patch is unacceptable
