[PATCH 0/3] Fix for public symbol handling out of .gnu_debug linked files

The following series implements a fix for some crash in dbghelp when parsing
public symbol information from a .gnu_debug linked file
The fix consists mainly of considering the ELF file and its .gnu_debug linked
file as a single object, and to look up for section in either one
A big thank to Peter Oberndorfer for the final testing (and latest bug report) 
of the lot.
