add support for slists

* Added interlocked_cmpxchg64 to libwine_port.
* Implemented InitializeSListHead, InterlockedPushEntrySList,
InterlockedPopEntrySList, InterlockedFlushSList, QueryDepthSList, the
ntdll Rtl* equivalents, and added tests.
