[2/5] WineD3D: Select onscreen contexts based on the thread id

This patch, together with 3 and 4, finish the d3d multithreading. With that it 
should work in theory, although in practise a lot of fixes will still be 
needed. There are a number of gl calls without an ActivateContext, and there 
are some driver bugs too which we will have to report to the vendors or work 
around.

Some time back a regression with TES:Oblivion was reported with those patches. 
I haven't seen any problems with it when I tested a few weeks back, and today 
Oblivion is broken(some independent regression, just a black screen).
