[3/5] DDraw: D3DOP_BRANCHFORWARD includes the current instruction size

Also includes a test for this behavior.

The IDirect3DDevice cannot be QIed from IDirect3DDevice7 on Windows, so I have 
to initialize a new d3d 1 device after beeing done with the IDirect3DDevice7 
tests.
