winecfg: Change default V-Desktop from 640x480 to 800x600 and add theme use warning

Currently activating Virtual Desktop sets the values to a default of
640x480 which isn't a good idea as the winecfg window itself is around
560 pixels tall meaning that users can no-longer reach the
Ok/Cancel/Apply buttons as well as it being too small to be of much use,
this changes the default to 800x600 which is the next standard size up.
Also adds a warning to the Desktop Integration page warning that the use
of Themes causes slow performance in Wine.
