user32:tests:msg: Fixed Switch Maximized MDI Children test.

Test was failed by creating maximized mdi children before this fix 
because the mdi_client was invisible. I added this test in wrong place.
Failures was fixed after test was moved into the place where mdi_client 
is visible.

It is right for Win2k3. Does somebody confirm?
