WGL: pbuffer improvements 2

This patch replaces the GLXFBConfigIDs in the pixelformat list with real 
GLXFBConfigs. This is needed for glXCreateNewContext and friends which work 
with GLXFBConfigs instead of visuals. (These calls are needed for pbuffer 
formats which don't have an X visual). The patch is something similar to a 
patch by Tomas Carnecky.
