CMD.EXE - Unicode resends

Hi,

Resending the Unicode conversion of cmd.exe. Last time the dates on the
emails was very screwed up, so hopefully this should appear better.

All comments which have been raised about these patches have been addressed,
and it has been tested with non-english characters and fixes things
correctly (apparently) for those.

I have just refreshed/rebased git and removed the 2 conflicts due to updated
translations. There are 3 new patches on the end - the first 2 convert main
to using wmain which is cleaner (I never knew it existed!) and the last
fixes something in the large patch which extends beyond a simple unicode
conversion (caused by the change in printf type function being used).

Note I could have updated the large patch with the final one but chose not
to because (a) I wanted to highlight the change as it is not a simple
search/replace as per the main patch, (b) it means the original patch is as
reviewed previously, and (c) it was easier.... Of couse, this can be merged
in if that is a sticking point.

If this is not commitable, please let me know why as I really want to get
back on with fixing more parts of cmd!

Regards,
Jason
