LVGROUPMETRICS Structure

include/commctrl.h defines the LVGROUPMETRICS structure with a "COLORREF
crRightHeader" fields
as in windows CE/Mobile (cf.
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/En-US/library/aa932657.aspx )
whereas I'd expect it to follow the win32 spec of a "COLORREF crHeader"
field (cf. http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms670565.aspx )

note that i patch 0.9.30 but it still applies to the current version :
