[00/12] CMD.exe - Add support for multline and multipart messages

This set of tests adds support for multiline IF and FOR statements, adds
ELSE support, and initial support for &&.

Attached is a test program I used to exercise as many cases as I could - I
have a few of these kind of things on my hard disk, so suggestions open as
to how to keep them. I don't believe any of the wine/programs directory
currently have tests, nor if the winetest infrastructure can support that
tree. 

Ideally I would like to check in various small batch programs and then
integrate them into the winetest results, rather than have to code in C and
generate those files.
