MFDRV_ExtEscape

This patch make MFDRV_ExtEscape work when out_data is required
(else it returned succes without setting out_data, so the calling function
would SEGFAULT)

found by Nicolas Delcros, fixed by Alexandre Julliard,

The patch was made on 0.9.30.
