[AppDB] Reorganize admin sidebar

[Alexander Nicolaysen Sørnes]

Change the order of entries according to what functions are normally used.  
The queues are now on top, with management in the middle and 'add category' 
and 'add vendor' are at the bottom, since these are rarely used.
