mshtml: Remove auto detection of Mozilla and Mozilla ActiveX control.

It's highly recommended to use WineGecko in mshtml so let's remove auto
detection of other gecko packages. It's still possible to set them
manually by registry. I don't think people use other packages anyway
and, if they do, they will be asked to automatically install WineGecko
when they first run mshtml app with this patch.
