[1/8] DDraw: Remove all non-d3d7 capatiblity flags

No game that specifically needs this, but it sounds like a sane idea given the 
recent caps flag troubles. Should be done for d3d8 and d3d9 too.

8 patches this time to get the rest of them out :-)
