wine.inf: add uninstall key to registry

This adds the uninstall key to the wine registry on first load with a
clean install.  This patch fixes bug 6973.

In that bug, we tried a clean wine install without the uninstall key,
and it crashed.  We created the uninstall key, and it succeded.  We
then tried removing the uninstall key from the users' windows
registry, and it crashed on windows as well, but putting the uninstall
key back makes it work.
