[dsound/tests] Fix tests after addition of 24/32 bits buffer tests (Try 2)

Hi,

The recent addition of the 24/32 depth tests introduced some failures on Windows.

This second try is less intrusive and also succeeds on Vista and Wine. E_FAIL is
now considered appropriate but only if the bits per sample is not 8 and not 16.
