oleaut32[2/2]: olepicture: when drawing metafiles set the coordinates system so that it is drawn in the correct place (fixes bug #8492)

The [xy]Src are still ignored for metafiles. Setting the viewport
coordinates seems to give similar results as on Windows - e.g. if the
metafile changes the viewport then the rectangle passed by the user
have no effect on the image size/position (except that Windows seems
to set clipping on that rectangle. This will be also needed to support
the [xy]Src).
