[AppDB] objectManager: Add object caching support

This is useful when we call a function of the class we are working with which 
modifies the object but does not save changes to the database, and then call 
an objectManager function processing the same entry.
Should also be good for performance, altough probably not noticeable. :)

By the way the 'new voting system' patch from yesterday can be applied as-is.
