wine.inf: add key for MountedDevices

Hi, this helps securom , and gets FEAR Xp mandate demo started (ehh, into a d3d-crash ;))  (bug #10039 http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-bugs/2007-October/072519.html)

Found by Anastasius Focht, the key is probably by default present windows.
