user32: better fix how to handle GetWindowLongPtr[AW](..., GWLP_WNDPROC) for builtin winprocs

I'll try to send once more this patch. I've fixed two warnings in the
test I haven't noticed previously. (this behavior is for user32
controls - when comctl32 v6 is loaded all the controls have normal
Unicode winprocs)
