crypt32(1/5): Don't keep a pointer to the lower quality chains when choosing a higher quality one, otherwise they'll get double-freed

This little patch series cleans up some of the errors turned up by
running WINEDEBUG=warn+heap.  It doesn't fix all of them,
unfortunately, but I didn't see any reason to hold onto them.
