#2 wininet: Properly clean up ftp sessions.

This one fixes the warn+heap failure. What happened was that
the handle management rewrite caused connections not to be cleaned
up immediately.

After ten concurrent connections the winehq server would refuse
another one. This in turn triggered a crash in the error path when
a freed ftp session object was accessed again.

Depends on the first patch.
