advapi32: Remove tests for the sha context structure.

The sha test compares context structures between hashing stages. This
fails on win2k3 and vista, so use or layout of this structure has changed
at some point.

Since Microsoft felt safe to do this (it's an undocumented structure)
and since contexts are usually opaque, I believe not even their own
applications will depend on its contents.

So I propose to remove these tests.
