msvcrt tests: fix memory leak (found by Smatch). [try2]

"START_TEST" in dlls/msvcrt/tests/string.c gets flagged by Michael Stefaniuc's unfree-wine.pl
script.

After feedback from Alexandre, converted allocated variable into local variable.
