user32:tests Fix test for switch maximized MDI children. [try2]

This patch fixes test for switching maximized MDI children, that I 
posted some time ago.It falls in Windows XP two times when it creates 
mdi child window (first and second).   Now I have a Windows XP for 
testing and I have checked this fix in Windows XP and Windows Server 
2003. And it passes. The problem is that the given test was in wrong 
section. There are two sections in test_mdi_messages(): with visible 
parent window and with invisible parent window. I think that moving my 
test is better than destroying and creating parent window ( Is that right?).

Changelog:
   Test for switching maximized MDI children from section with invisible 
parent window are moved to section with visible parent window.
   Corrected WmSwitchChild message sequence.
