[PATCH 6/7] widl: Accept integer constant suffixes in the lexer. [try 2]

This time with the l_suffix u_suffix patterns really matching what their 
names suggest they should match. Thanks to Dan Hipschman for spotting it.

In the future we may want to distinguish between constants with 
different suffixes, but this is sufficient for most uses.
