Opengl32: drop ChoosePixelFormat test

Hi,

The current ChoosePixelFormat test fails on some linux/freebsd display drivers. I tried to fix the test by only testing if the returned pixel format is indeed the first one in the pixel format list. This is the case on Ati and Nvidia their Windows drivers. The Intel Windows drivers don't seem to return the first matching format but a later one (which has depth which the first format didn't have; but we didn't ask for it).

Anyway the test is very fragile and it depends on the display driver, so it is best to remove it.
