Resend: winebrowser: Check for unicode in the buffer

Removed debugging code.

Where the client and the server both support unicode the buffer is 
copied by WDML_BuildExecuteCommand rather than converted.  In ths case 
we need to check to see if the buffer in unicode and if so copy it 
rather than convert it.
