msxml3: Return QNames properly (1/5)

This patch depends on Michael Stefaniuc patch (msxml3: Remove redundant NULL 
check before HeapFree and fix a mem leak (Smatch)). It doesn't depend on 
Juris Huizer patch (msxml3: off-by-one fix for Qname allocation).
