[WineHQ] [1/4] news: Let the news items specify where they should link to.

Note that this patch is completely untested and that I have never used 
PHP before. But if it does what I mean it should be ok. I'm hoping that 
it can at least serve as a starting point for someone more familiar with 
the website.

With this patch one can add a <link> tag into the news items. This 
contains the URL of the page the news refers to. This URL is used:
  * on the WineHQ home page as a link for the news title
  * in the RSS feed so clicking on the item opens the right page
