[PATCH 1/5] mstask/test: Conformance test for (Set|Get)ApplicationName (Revision)

This revision:

- Adds void to function declarations taking no parameters.

- Extends dbgstr_w to support multiple strings (as seen in the
tmarshal.c tests) to enable more explicit error statements.

- Uses separate tests for the GetApplicationName and the value of the
returned string.
