winex11.drv: Fix buffer overflow bug in X11DRV_KeyEvent() and X11DRV_ToUnicodeEx()

winex11.drv: Fix buffer overflow bug in X11DRV_KeyEvent() and
X11DRV_ToUnicodeEx()

This patch also fixes one of Bug #11281 (CJK input many issues) and
Bug #9838 (Input Method's output overruns the buffer of wine keyboard
input).
