[advapi32/tests 1/2] Remove duplicate test (Try2)

Hi,

(This set of 2 patches replaces the previous "Fix crash").

There was a duplicate test in there that did a HeapAlloc but no HeapFree,
otherwise it would have been only the test failure. This probably sneaked in
while trying to fix the errors on Wine.
