[advapi32/tests] Remove tests for calculation with drivers

Hi,

The calculation for active and inactive drivers turned out to be not so useful.

It highly depends when the tests are run (right after boot for example) and 
Vista does things differently with respect to reporting the number of inactive 
drivers.
