[shell32/tests 2/2] Fix some errors on Win9x and Vista and prevent a crash on NT4

Hi,

'EntireNetwork' is not available on the mentioned platforms. We probably need to
add some tests for other possible combinations. On NT4, freeing the pidl on
failure crashed the test.

We now skip the test on Win98, NT4 and Vista. I've also added a simple test to
show that 'My Network Places' (or whatever it's called on other platforms) is
available everywhere.
