server: Add support for 64-bits wineserver and client-programs

The server will now succesfully return when a different-sized client 
wants to call init_thread. This is no problem because the client will 
realize the protocol version is too old (client protocol <= 346), or 
that the server has a different pointer size. This will cause the client 
to abort itself while printing a pretty error message.
