msxml3: Corrected getAttributeNode to return correct values

Hi,
    Fixes bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16482

    The main issue was that it was returning E_FAIL instead of S_FALSE 
when and attribute wasn't found.
    Corrected when NULL output parameter passed in.
    Corrected when the attribute name is invalid.
