[PATCH] wined3d_gl.h minor typo fix (redux)

Ugh -- my last patch version of this (simple) patch did not go so well(well better to learn with a simple patch)
Thanks to Stefan Dösinger    this patch is in sync with TOT wine    and the spacing is fixed

Changelog    Fix some minor typos in wined3d_gl.h    Now the 'function prototypes' match 'func-string' match 'spec'
