[shell32/tests] Cope with Vista's behavior

Hi,

Vista acts totally different. Not sure if this the way to go. There are still a
lot of test failures, this patch only solves 50 or so and reducec the number of
pop-ups from 4 to 1.

Some of the return values look very weird btw. Maybe it's because MSDN says that
SHFileOperation has been replaced by IFileOperation?
