msxml3: Use xmlNodeGetContent to get text data (try 2)

Hi,
   Fixes http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16554

   Use xmlNodeGetContenet instead of xmlNodeBufGetContent.
   Add testcase to get all child nodes.

   We don't need to handle each type of node since libxml can do that 
for us.
