WineD3D: p8 improvements 1/4

Hi,

In case of index_in_alpha the color key didn't get set which broke the alpha test which relies on 'alpha=0'. This patch makes sure the colorkey is set for index_in_alpha too. This fixes the ddex4 sample from the dx7 sdk.
