Hi,
Redownload the surface to system memory when we don't have a sysmem copy in RealizePalette. This bug was very hard to spot due to some missing braces in: if(!This->Flags & SFLAG_INSYSMEM)
After this patch Red Alert should play fine in GL mode though PBOs/fragment shaders cause some small drawing issues but the game is playable even with those. It is a lot faster than software rendering.
