winex11.drv: add calls to send mouse button events to X

This patch adds calls to send mouse button events generated by a
windows application to the X server. The way this is done is similar
to the way the Synergy client does it - using XTestFakeButtonEvent.
Requires libXtst. This bug might also resolve bug 7032
(http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7032).
