winecfg: up the default desktop resolution to 800x600

lets not make the same mistake in Wine 1.0 that Microsoft made in Windows
95 by making the dialogs too big for the resolution most of the world will
be stuck running by default. As a gamer it really bothers me when I set
desktop mode for an application and then later on when I need to go back
in and change a setting, if I left it at 640x480, half the dialog is drawn
off screen.

Changelog:
up the default resolution winecfg sets to 800x600
