[version/tests] Win98, NT4 and W2K return different errors

Hi,

The mentioned platforms don't change the last error. I checked Vista (manually 
as current test results don't show this part yet) but that one uses 
ERROR_RESOURCE_TYPE_NOT_FOUND as well.
