[3/3][try 3] ddraw/tests: add test for D3DTBLEND_MODULATE

Tests for various aspects of DX6 texture blending in D3DTBLEND_MODULATE mode, 
especially alpha handling. Needs patches 1/3 and 2/3 to pass in Wine.
