[include/wintrust.h] Add missing members to CRYPT_PROVIDER_DATA struct (fixes some wintrust tests on Windows)

Hi,

While trying to figure out why the softpub tests failed on all Windows versions
I found that our CRYPT_PROVIDER_DATA wasn't complete.

This patch makes the softpub tests succeed on nt4, w2k, xp and w2k3. The tests
still succeed on Wine. The patch also make the softpub tests run again on win98
(although they still fail but that's another issue).
