mlang/tests: add tests for IMLangFontLink_GetCharCodePages

The implementation of IMLangFontLink_GetCharCodePages was sent yesterday.
I was unable to make crosstest. As I understand from wine-devel, it's problem 
of mingw.
Adding particular strings can temporary solve this problem.
So I have tested it on win2k3. Tests passed.
