oleaut32/tests: Run more typelib tests on win9x

The current code use GetModuleFileNameW, but this
is not implemented in win9x and tests are skipped.

Using GetModuleFileNameA with MultiByteToWideChar
increase the number of tests on win9x from 389 to 443
